Discovery Garden
A special feature of the WECP is a 1.5 acre outdoor learning and play space, the Discovery Garden.
Active Play
The Discovery Garden also includes sand and water play areas, climbing equipment, swings and lots of green space for exploring, imagining, and running.
Toddlers
The toddler area features a shaded sand area and a mini climber with a slide.
The Gardens
We have several gardens in our outdoor space, including a Butterfly Garden, Raised Bed Gardens for vegetables and strawberries.
Garden to Snack Table
Children help plant, water and harvest our bounty, which we use for snacks as well as for cooking projects.
